StablePay provides online payment processing solutions for fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and StablePay. By using our Services, you affirm that you are authorized to do so and that you accept the Terms in full. The use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, AML Policy, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference.

- "Account": Your registered account with StablePay.
- "AML": Anti-money laundering regulations and internal policies.
- "Authorized Representative": An individual acting on behalf of a business or merchant client.
- "Illegal Actions": Any action in violation of applicable laws, including money laundering, fraud, unauthorized access, etc.
- "Website": The official site of StablePay (https://stablepay.asia).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Services. Your use must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We may restrict Services in certain jurisdictions at our sole discretion.
4. Account Registration

StablePay complies with global AML/CTF regulations. Users may be required to undergo identity verification (KYC). We reserve the right to freeze or terminate accounts suspected of illegal activity and report suspicious activities to authorities.
6. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to engage in prohibited activities including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, and unauthorized system access. StablePay may monitor use and take necessary action if Terms are violated.
7. Fees
Applicable fees will be disclosed in advance and may be updated periodically. By using the Services, you agree to pay any applicable fees.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates, or external disruptions may affect availability. StablePay is not liable for downtime or service disruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services and Website belong to StablePay. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or software.
10. Termination
StablePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
StablePay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold StablePay harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
